1. All sales are final: Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all sales are final.

2. No returns, no exchanges or refunds: Each piece is handcrafted and one of a kind, and as such, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review all product details, dimensions, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

3. No returns or refunds on damaged goods: once the artwork has shipped and tracking information has been provided, the buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the safe arrival of the artwork. Implicit Imagery will not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or shipping related issues once the artwork has left our premises.
